I am an attractive, independent, physically fit and active woman who feels/looks half her age (and have been told that by a few dates). I have always been a go getter and doer and my past includes membership on a national sport team, a Masters in Environmental Sciences, and co-founder and Exec Director of a national charity.

I love being active - be it hiking, mtn biking, skate skiing, or adventure racing. I am open to trying most things in life at least once.

I love the field of work I am in as I can play a part in influencing youth about our natural environment, and what we as humans can do to help improve its current state. I am what I call a 'modern environmentalist' having studied business and environment in my Masters, and am far from perfect in my day to day living - but I try in the many small ways I can to make a difference.

While high energy, I do know how to relax and I love down time that may include arts & cultural events, sitting in a cafe reading the paper, touring cities or just catching a film. I am curious by nature, and a good listener and would like to find that special partner to share what life adventures await.

I have no problem going from polypro/outdoor gear to a sexy dress for an evening out. I love to go dancing and let it all out once in ahwile. One of my favourite things to do is to cook a meal with great tunes on and a dry glass of red wine (or vodka martini). I have also been known to be playful, naughty, serious, determined and passionate. Did I mention sexy? That is a compliment I am often given.

I would like to meet a man with a positive attitude who loves the outdoors and being active. Class, manners, sex appeal, playfulness and humour would round out this partner.

I would love to find my soulmate - someone who permeates my thoughts and lingers in my sense memories for days. A man who I can trust with my heart, adores me and I him, and someone who values what life has given us in the smallest of ways.

For me, there has to be chemistry there from the start for I have discovered that this is something that is rarely developed.
